At iBlue Suppliments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The product must not have been used or opened.
- The product must be returned with valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
- The product must be delivered to you to issue a refund (not in transit).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@methblue.uk. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above. If it does, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return item(s) + a £10 restocking fee per item (which will be deducted from the original payment amount). All fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a shipping address will be emailed to you. To start a return, contact us at sales@methblue.uk.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will gladly ship a brand-new item to you dependent upon your provided proof of such circumstance. However, if the customer breaks or damages the product while in use, refunds will not be granted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
